1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bagwis. By creating an account, joining a club, managing a loft, entering a race or training session, or using any clocking feature, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Bagwis.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account and loft details current.
You must not share your account in a way that allows another person to submit false entries, alter competition records, or interfere with club or race administration.
3. Loft, Pigeon, Race, and Training Records
You are responsible for the accuracy of loft, pigeon, race, training, entry, and clocking information that you submit or manage in Bagwis.
Race and training records may be used by clubs, administrators, stewards, or participants to review participation, rankings, arrivals, disqualifications, reports, and related competition activity.
4. Club and Race Administration
Club owners, administrators, and authorized stewards may manage membership, race setup, entries, clocking rules, adjudication, attempt review, reports, and related competition actions.
Club and race decisions, including entry approval, correction, disqualification, adjudication, and final result handling, remain the responsibility of the relevant club officials and authorized users.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized race, training, loft, pigeon, or account information.
- Do not manipulate clocking results, rankings, locations, timestamps, codes, reports, or adjudication records.
- Do not access another account, club workspace, loft record, race record, or app feature without permission.
- Do not disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with Bagwis or its related services.
- Do not use Bagwis for harassment, abuse, unlawful activity, or activity that violates club rules or applicable law.
6. Shared and Visible Information
Some information may be visible to club members, administrators, stewards, race participants, or other users when required by app features. This may include loft information, pigeon entries, participation, clocking results, rankings, statuses, reports, and related activity.
Your use of Bagwis must respect the privacy, reputation, and legitimate interests of other users and clubs.
7. Service Availability
Bagwis may be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, server interruptions, updates, third-party service issues, or events outside our control.
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when needed to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or product quality.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when an account or activity violates these terms, creates a security risk, disrupts the service, harms other users, or affects competition integrity.
Club administrators may restrict club-level access according to role permissions, club rules, and race administration needs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bagwis is provided for loft management, training support, and pigeon clocking workflows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antioch Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
You are responsible for confirming official race, club, and competition requirements outside the app when required by your club or governing body.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when Bagwis changes, legal requirements change, or improvements to security, reliability, or compliance are needed. The current version will show its effective and last updated dates.
